We are recruiting to develop our locally based Customer Service Team which services our joint partnership contract with Harvest Housing Group, which co-ordinate with the refurbishment, maintenance and repair of their properties throughout the North West area.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to gain valuable experience working in a busy reactive maintenance Customer Service Team.
This role is based at Cruden Property Services Ltd in Salford, Manchester.
Duties and responsibilities include managing field operative diaries, liaising with social housing clients and suppliers, managing incoming queries, data input, monitoring completion data and working towards meeting KPI targets.
The role will be working within a Customer Service Section of 9 team members.
You will need to have excellent data inputting skills, good eye for detail, punctual and hard working. You must have previous data input experience as well as intermediate working knowledge of MS Excel. The ideal candidate will be a friendly and organized team player.
