Building Excellence Awards for Halton Borough Council

The Local Authority Building Control for the North West will be hosting their first Building Excellence Awards on Friday 24th April 2009 at the De Vere Whites Hotel Reebok Stadium.

Cruden Construction are delighted to be a part of this special award ceremony having been nominated in the category for Best Housing – 11 Units or More for social housing project Caesars Close.

Cruden Construction would be delighted to add Caesars Close to our list of award winning schemes in the Castlefields Regeneration. We have been accredited with multiple awards for Waterbridge Mews another Castlefields housing project which included the 2007 Cheshire Built in Quality Award, Inside Housings Best Regeneration Scheme 2006 and the RBS Regional Property Awards Best Partnership Scheme 2006

Caesars Close is a £5.6m Design and Build social housing project part of the Castlefields Regeneration scheme for long standing client the Plus Dane Group.
