As part of Cruden Group's approach of constantly adapting to better serve its customer requirements, the Group has announced that it has formed Cruden Construction (Midlands) Limited, operating from offices at Stoke-on-Trent in Staffordshire. The move comes following direct requests from clients, for Cruden to consider potential development and construction opportunities around the potteries and north midlands region.
Stoke-based architects Hulme Upright, with whom Cruden has successfully completed a number of ExtraCare Retirement 'Villages', has indicated that it would like to talk to the new company - about extending its links across the full range of services. Cruden Construction (Midlands) Limited is to be headed by Paul Chrippes, who has been working closely with statutory authorities and consultants, to have the new offices operational as soon as possible. "In the north-west the Cruden name is synonymous with quality." said Group Chairman Carl Brian. "The new Midlands office will give us an opportunity to maintain this in a whole new arena, and with the advantage of having some excellent client and consultant relationships, already established."
