Escalate is on the way!

An innovative new training and personal development initiative is soon to be unveiled by Cruden Group.
"'Escalate' will transform the way in which Cruden personnel are inducted, appraised and incentivised." said Construction MD Stephen Morris.

"Our talented people are our greatest growth potential and it is important that we recognise, support and nurture each and every one of them, to achieve their own - and the Group's objectives and ambitions."

Crudens' commitment to training and personal development received an enthusiastic 'thumbsup' from partners, stakeholders and clients at our 'Apprentice Training Awards' held at the Anglican Cathedral last year. Escalate's official launch is now being planned by the Group's marketing department.
