Our projects are procured under a wide variety of methods from long term framework partnering contracts to traditional tendered contracts, design and build to negotiated developments.
Our company is able to demonstrate considerable experience of completed new build and refurbishment schemes across the North of England for local authorities, registered social landlords, health trusts, police authorities, hoteliers, developers, private sector enterprises and blue chip companies.
